You do have to be careful about this, though. Some sites frown on that sort of thing, and more often you are not allowed to link to other sites.

That said, I think that may have been how I found this place. I think it was mentioned in a DPReview thread or two.

Not only that. Some sites will permanently censor (automatically) all links to another site if they think it's being promoted on their site. This happened once at DPReview, where they blocked all links to all of my sites because they thought that one of the moderators on one of the sites was promoting there. They reconsidered, but I'd hate for that to happen again!
